Engineering & Project Management
Our in-house Engineering Department is able to design product to suit a customer's specific needs while our certified welding and manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce product on time and on budget.
It addition to design work our Engineering Department carries out the companies project management duties. IFC has undertaken projects for many petrochemical, hydroelectric and engineering clientele throughout the world.
All ISLIP Flow Control products are strictly manufactured and tested in accordance with applicable ASME and CSA standards as well as specific customer requirements.

IFC maintains a formal and completely documented Quality Control Program to meet the strict quality assurance requirements of major industries as well as those of particular customers. Documentation as required by a product's code of construction is available for all products produced. Our QA Program has been formally approved by the Canadian Provincial Jurisdictional Authority of Ontario (T.S.S.A.).
In addition to normal QC Inspection, the following tests are routinely performed:
Tensile, bend, hardness, impact tests (Subcontract)
Radiography, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle (Subcontract)
Positive Material Identification (PMI)
